The 3 camera settings that comprise the Exposure Triangle are aperture, shutter speed & ISO.

Thor was captured spinning. ISO 100 1/50 F 3.6

On the back monitor of our Nikon D3400 cameras, the aperture setting is displayed by middle circle (1st, 2nd or 3rd from the left). Apertures (from smallest openings to largest openings) are typically numbers f11 , f8, f7.1, f6.3, f5.6, f5, f4.5, f4, f3.5, f2

The shutter speed settings are shown on the left circle (1st, 2nd or 3rd from the left) on the back monitor. Expressed as f 30 of a second, the shortest or highest shutter speed on our cameras are 1/40000

Pouring water was captured. ISO 800 1/4000 F 4.3

1/4000 seconds and the longest or slowest shutter speed is 30 seconds.

The third setting ISO controls the camera’s sensitivity to light. This setting goes from 100 to 12800 (max) on our cameras.

To set the ISO on our cameras, we hold down the FN button an rotate the command dial Set the iso to 400. Then set the aperture to f5.6, by holding down the #4 button on the top of the camera and rotating the Command dial.
